My Goals

These are my goals in GLPS19.

Goal 1: Wake up at 7 a.m.
  Step 1: Take shower as fast as possible at night.
  Step 2: Sleep as early as possible.
  Step 3: Ask roommates to wake me up at 7 a.m.

Goal 2: Do things that are most important first.
  Step 1: Make a list of things I have to do.
  Step 2: Don't waste first self-study time.
  Step 3: Concentrate when studying.

Goal 3: Don't bite my lip's skin off.
  Step 1: Always bring lip balm.
  Step 2: Don't forget to apply lip balm.
  Step 3: When I recognize that I'm biting my lip's skin, stop immediately.
